How to pack


Paris weather has been all over the places this season. Our community chimes in on exactly how to approach packing for a trip to the city de l'amour. 




“Bring running clothes that can adapt to anything. Anti-chafing cream is key to put everywhere the week before and on race day. And your 4X gels, of course. I love gummy gels as I can keep them in my mouth while I am running! And salt to put in your pocket, as you are losing a lot of minerals when you are sweating, and at some point you could not bear any sugary gels, power drinks, or snacks. So take some salt with you, ideally to add to your water.”
