In the regularly changing farm to table menus and à la carte dishes from their traditional menu, produce from their in-house Tisk Farm are used in creative dishes. The self-harvested vegetables end up fresh and with a lot of love directly onto each plate. The menu is simply regional and seasonal.
They also serve a fine selection of German, Italian and French wines. On our bar menu, too, one or the other classic is brought back to life and interpreted in a contemporary way.
